
The following menu was received with rave acceptance at an upscale outdoor wedding. The faire was strictly vegetarian (not even any chicken stock or cheese) except for the beef, chicken, salami, and cheese assortment which was served
at a separate station and included for the pleasure of the non-vegeterian guests.
